About Linda Sitkowski, Ph.D.

Linda Sitkowski, Ph.D., Founder and President of 4 Delta Solutions, Inc. is a recognized expert in talent management and organizational development. With 25+ years of experience she has consulted with many top
Fortune 500 companies.

Linda excels at diagnosing difficult business challenges and implementing transformational solutions that produce significant breakthrough results. In working with clients, she focuses on building a genuine connection to better
understand the unique goals and provide custom solutions. Clients who partner with Linda appreciate her authenticity, trustworthiness, and insightful perspectives.

Before founding 4 Delta Solutions, Inc. Linda held senior roles at many esteemed healthcare companies, including Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Boston Scientific. Her last internal position was Executive Director of Talent & Organizational Capability at Pfizer, where she was instrumental in integrating Wyeth and Pfizer during the acquisition.

Linda holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Human and Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate University, a leading academic institution in human behavior and performance. Linda is a certified Executive Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) — an internationally recognized organization that sets standards of excellence in coaching. She is also certified in Team Effectiveness through Team Coaching International (TCI).
